It is made from a durable, heat-resistant cordierite, which draws moisture out of the dough and features a chrome plated heat reflector tray for optimal performance and even heat distribution, withstanding temperatures of 300°. Quicker heat up times and responsive temperature control give you an improved cooking experience and reduces gas consumption.
When you are finished cooking, simply clean the pizza stone with a cloth. Do not use detergent and water as the pizza stones are very porous. It comes with its own handy carry bag for easy storage and transportation.
