Delivery

Goods will be dispatched to you via our Couriers

Please allow 2-3 days for delivery, after you have placed your order. If you don't receive your goods in this time we will re-arrange delivery or you will receive a full refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Faulty goods will be exchanged or fully refunded; return the item to us and we will refund the postage.

Non-faulty goods must be returned within 14 days after receiving the product. The cost of the goods will be refunded, so long as the goods are still in the condition that they left our warehouse in. The return postage will not be refunded unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves.

If you have a problem with the product,  please contact us before you return the item.

Cancellations

You are able to cancel your order within 8 working days. The 8 days will start the day after you receive the goods.

We will fully refund the price of the goods, which you will receive within 7 days of cancellation.

We will not refund the cost of return delivery.

Payment

Payments can be made securely by credit card using our Secure Server and Shopping Cart.

Availability

We endeavour to stock all of the items shown on this website at all times. Where an item is out of stock, this will be indicated within the product description.

We also aim to turn orders around within 2-3 working days. If this is not to be, then you will receive confirmation from ourselves indicating a delivery time.

This is available for delivery to your door within 48 hours of ordering.

On Order
This is on order from our suppliers. If you order this item, you will be notified at once with an estimate for the delivery time.
